In the wake of the 2008 economic crisis, my life took an unexpected turn. After moving across continents to lead a company in a foreign country, I found myself working as a delivery driver while learning Dutch - simply to make ends meet.

Like every driver, I faced the same challenges: maintaining delivery speed, improving success rates, and managing the rapid surge in package volumes. Driven to enhance both my effectiveness and efficiency, I drew upon my background as a founder and manager with experience in distribution systems. However, being on the front line as a delivery driver brought me closer to the end customer, giving me unique insights into their expectations and needs.

Through trial and error over nearly two years, I developed a system that improved my delivery capacity by 40% and pushed my successful delivery rate to nearly 100%.

 

Now, with over a decade of experience and refinement, I’m dedicated to sharing what I’ve learned to help others optimize their Last-Mile operations and thrive in an ever-changing landscape.
